The Delta Services Board of Trustees is integral to our mission, offering the leadership, strategic direction, and governance needed to drive our success. With diverse personal and professional backgrounds, our trustees contribute valuable skills and insights, ensuring we remain committed to serving our community and upholding the person-centred values that define our work. As a registered charity under the Charities Regulator in Ireland, we operate with a strong focus on transparency, accountability, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Board of Trustees is responsible for guiding the Delta Services, ensuring that all operations are conducted with transparency and accountability. They set the strategic direction, oversee financial and legal matters, and advocate for the Delta Services mission and values. Each trustee’s unique perspective enriches discussions and decisions, helping Delta Services maintain its commitment to a person-centred approach while adhering to the highest standards of governance and regulatory compliance.
With their leadership and unwavering dedication to regulatory compliance, the Board of Trustees ensures that we achieve greater success and continue to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve, who remain at the heart of everything we do.
